This meal plan will train your body to eat the proper portion sizes, at the appropriate times, and will give you the most efficient week of weight loss as well as training the body for future consumption at the same time.

The Time to Slim Down Meal Plan comes in two levels: Extreme Weight Loss & Standard Weight Loss

  • Minimizes intake while maximizing results
  • Includes Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and 2 Snacks per day
  • Extreme Weight Loss (EWL): Utilizes a proprietary Daily Nutritional Shake for Breakfast & Dinner
  • Standard Weight Loss (SWL): Utilizes a proprietary Daily Nutritional Shake for Dinner (actual meal for Breakfast)
  • 5 day or 7 day Meal Plans Available
  • All Meals change weekly to assure variety

This meal plan will help you maintain while providing the proper nutrients to continue building lean muscle. It will help you become accustomed to proper portion sizes and will be a great guide showing you how to maintain a Fit and Healthy lifestyle moving forward. This meal plan is perfect for those who simply want to sustain their current lifestyle.

  • Includes Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and 2 Snacks per day
  • Meal Macros: 300-500 calories / 25g-35g protein / 30g-35g carbs
  • 5 Day or 7 Day Meal Plans Available

Bigger, Stronger, Faster (Elite Athlete):

This meal plan is similar to our Fit & Healthy Maintenance plan, but we add 50% more protein to every meal. We use the same lean proteins for muscle restoration, complex carbohydrates for energy, and fibrous vegetables for increased metabolism. This nutrition plan is for those who want to gain lean muscle mass and increase size.

  • Includes Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and 2 Snacks per day
  • Meal Macros: 500-750 calories / 45g-55g protein / 45g-55g carbs
  • 5 day or 7 day Meal Plans Available
  • All Meals change weekly to assure variety (see Weekly Menu tab for this week’s Menu)
  • All Meals are Properly Portioned and Nutritionally Balanced
