It is the perfect way for extremely busy people with very little time to have Fit & Healthy meals at their disposal. KBR Fit & Healthy Meals 2 Go is much more than a diet; it’s a state of mind – one that believes in health, nutrition, well-being with discipline, and enjoyment!!
KBR Lifestyles has always offered customized nutrition plans for our clients; however, most people do not have the time or discipline to actually follow it. The suggested daily intake involves 5 properly timed and portioned meals: Breakfast, Snack, Lunch, Snack, and Dinner. As we all know, most of us do not eat this way. A lot of people are generally too busy to make food, so they either just get junk fast food or simply don’t eat. Then what happens is those who eat fast food can’t achieve their goals and those who just skip meals will have 1 or 2 HUGE meals. This is so far from what should be happening to achieve proper Health & Fitness!
Most people may not realize this but the average cost for a trip to get fast food is $10/visit. The average cost based on a meal spent while eating at a restaurant is $20-$30/visit. As we spend money daily, it doesn’t seem to hit our pockets or our bank accounts as hard. Not only is eating out horrible for your chances of maintaining a Fit & Healthy lifestyle… it costs A LOT!!
The average person who doesn’t prep and prepare all of their meals at home spends on average $200-$300 PER WEEK eating out. That’s $800-$1,200 per month. If this seems insanely high, I implore you to do the research and find out what you are spending. It may seem like a less amount, but this is generally because most only eat twice a day.
KBR Fit & Healthy Meals 2 Go offers a full week of FIVE (5) meals per day, already prepared and 100% ready to eat for an average of $100-$150 per week. Eating FIVE meals per day instead of society’s “normal” 2-3 horrible meals, will allow for people to actually achieve the results they desire. Keeping your metabolism “ON” is crucial; this can only be achieved by hitting that switch, which means…. EATING!!
This is not only cheaper than eating out, but it is also much healthier and will actually allow for people to achieve the results they have always desired.

HOW IT WORKS: THREE EASY STEPS
– KBR Lifestyles recommends five meals per day timed and portioned correctly. When ordering make sure you have decided what you want for each day of the week. Orders will be taken specifically for each day. (Example 5 Meals: Breakfast, Snack, Lunch, Snack, Dinner)
– Orders need to be placed and payment needs to be processed no later than Saturday night at 11:59pm to be guaranteed ready for the following week. (Rush orders available for additional cost)
– Orders will be available for pickup at our Anaheim Personal Training Facility.
